The International Evaluation Panel (hereinafter also "IEP") evaluates the self-evaluation report of the university submitted in accordance with the document Methodology of evaluation of research organizations in the university segment, which is Annex 5 of the Methodology of evaluation of research organizations and completed programs of targeted support of research, development and innovation. Furthermore, IEP evaluates other documents requested by it or the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (hereinafter also "MEYS" or "the Ministry") as a provider of institutional support for long-term conceptual development of universities.The IEP provides an objective and unbiased evaluation of the self-evaluation report and other submitted documents. At the request of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, IEP ad hoc comments on issues that arise during the evaluation.
